I have a goal of keeping the protein high and the fat and carbs low...but I love dessert, so I'm not real successful at keeping to that! LOL
I try and take in about 5000 cal/ day with about 180 gm of protein.
I hit the weights pretty hard about 5-6 times per week. I'm pretty hit-and-miss about cardio. I hit the cardio machines when I have shoot coming up and want to look more ripped.
